Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Fortis Technologies, LLC d/b/a Mouseierge ("Mouseierge", "we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.

What Mouseierge does

Mouseierge watches publicly available Walt Disney World reservation availability for the alerts you set and notifies you by email and, if you opt in, by text when a matching reservation appears. You make any reservation yourself, directly with Disney.

Not affiliated with Disney

Mouseierge is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company or any of its affiliates.

No guarantee of availability

Reservations can be taken by someone else between the time we detect them and the time you try to book. We don't guarantee that a reservation will open, that you'll be notified within any particular time, or that it will still be available when you try to book. Availability, prices and policies are set by Disney.

Ask Mouseierge

Ask Mouseierge, the chat on paid plans, answers from live park data and Disney's published menus using an AI model. Answers can be incomplete or out of date: waits, times and prices change quickly. Check Disney's app or a Cast Member before you rely on an answer, and always speak to a Cast Member about allergies. Ask Mouseierge can't book, buy or reserve anything for you.

Your account

You must be 18 or older and give accurate information. Keep your login private; you're responsible for activity on your account. One person per account.

SMS Terms

Text alerts are optional. If you opt in, Mouseierge (operated by Fortis Technologies, LLC d/b/a Mouseierge) texts you availability alerts for the alerts you set, plus a one-time code to confirm your number. Message frequency varies with the alerts you set. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time; you'll get one confirmation and no further texts. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Full details are in our SMS Terms.

Paid plans

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor and renew until you cancel. Cancel any time in your account; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Acceptable use

Don't use Mouseierge to resell reservations, automate bookings, collect data for another service, interfere with the service or with Disney's systems, or break any law. We may suspend accounts that do.

Disclaimers

Mouseierge is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including a missed reservation, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.

Ending your account

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Assignment

We may assign these terms, together with your account and your communication preferences, to an affiliate or a successor company that takes over Mouseierge.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

If we make material changes we'll update the date above and email you before they take effect.
