Privacy Policy

Mouseierge is operated by Fortis Technologies, LLC d/b/a Mouseierge ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address and, if you add one, your mobile number.
• Alert details: the resorts or restaurants, dates, times and party size you ask us to watch.
• Consent records: when and how you agreed to receive text alerts, and any STOP or START replies.
• Message records: which alerts we sent you and whether they were delivered, plus clicks on our booking links.
• Payment details: if you buy a paid plan, our payment processor handles your card. We don't store full card numbers.
• Ask Mouseierge chats: if you use the chat on a paid plan, your questions and our answers, kept 30 days so you can pick up where you left off, then deleted. They're also deleted when you close your account.
• Technical data: basic logs such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to run and secure the site.

Your location: if you tap "Show me on the map" or use walking directions from your location on Parks, your phone works out where you are in the park, sorts nearby rides and restaurants and plans and follows your walking route, all on your phone. Your location is never sent to us or stored, and you can say no or turn it off in your browser at any time. If you use "Look around", the camera picture is shown on your screen only: it is never recorded, saved or sent to us, and neither is your location. When Ask Mouseierge gives you directions, it sends you a link and your phone works out the route from where you are; we never learn your location. On Get there, "use my location" picks the nearest stop, hotel or park place on your phone; only the place it picked is sent to plan the trip, never your position. Walking paths come from OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License).

How we use it

We use your information to run your alerts, send the emails and texts you asked for, confirm your phone number, provide support, process payments, keep the service secure and improve it. We don't use your mobile number for marketing texts.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run Mouseierge, such as our cloud hosting, text-message and email delivery, and payment providers. They may use it only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Ask Mouseierge: chat answers are written by an AI model from Anthropic. To answer, we send Anthropic your question, the last few messages of the chat and the park, menu or Star details that answer it. We never send your name, email or phone number. Anthropic processes this to answer you, doesn't use it to train its models, and deletes it within 30 days.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not share your mobile number or text-message opt-in data with any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep your account information while your account is open. When you close your account we delete or anonymize it within 90 days, except records we must keep for legal, billing or consent purposes.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to people and systems that need it.

Your choices

• Turn text or email alerts on or off in your account at any time.
• Reply STOP to any text to stop all texts.
• Email support@mouseierge.com to see, correct or delete your information.

Children

Mouseierge is for adults. You must be 18 or older to create an account, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.

Business transfers

If Mouseierge is transferred to an affiliate or successor company, including a company formed to operate Mouseierge, your information and your communication preferences, including text-message consent, transfer with it under this policy.

Changes

If we make material changes we'll update the date above and tell you by email before they take effect.
