Is Mouseierge part of Disney?
No. Mouseierge is an independent service of Fortis Technologies, LLC. It isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company.
Do you hold or guarantee the room?
No. Mouseierge doesn't hold rooms or guarantee availability. When a Shooting Star appears, the opening can be gone in minutes, so catch your Star quickly.
Who makes the booking?
You do, directly with the resort on Disney's own site or app. We send you there with your dates and party ready.
What happens when my dates pass?
The Star fades on its own and we stop searching. Tap "I booked it!" any time you catch one and we'll stop for that Star too.
Do you search dining reservations?
Yes. Add a dining Star with your restaurant, day and party size, and we'll tell you when a table opens. You book it on Disney's site or app.
Why do I need an account for Parks?
Parks (waits, maps, walking directions) and ride alerts are free, but they're for account holders. It takes a minute with your email and mobile number, and we never send promotional texts.
