The program

Mouseierge availability alerts are text messages sent by Fortis Technologies, LLC d/b/a Mouseierge. When you create an alert in your Mouseierge account and turn on text alerts, we text you when a Walt Disney World resort or dining reservation matching that alert becomes available. Each message includes the location, the dates and a link to book.

How you sign up

You opt in by entering your mobile number in your account, checking the box that agrees to receive text alerts, and confirming the number with a one-time code. We don't send alert texts until all three are done.

How often we text

Message frequency varies. It depends on how many alerts you have active and how often matching reservations open. You get one text when a reservation opens, not repeated texts while it stays open.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.

Stopping texts

Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts from Mouseierge. We'll send one confirmation and nothing after that. Reply START to sign up again. You can also turn off text alerts for a single alert, or for all alerts, in your account.

Reply HELP to any message, or email support@mouseierge.com.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and network and isn't guaranteed.

Your number and consent

We never sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. We share your number only with the service providers that deliver our texts for us. See our Privacy Policy.
